What is your return policy for open-box mowers?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can return the unit in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the unit has been extensively used.
Does the mower require a constant Wi-Fi connection?
While a Wi-Fi or 4G connection is required for initial setup, firmware updates, and remote monitoring via the app, the mower can continue its scheduled cutting routine using its internal GPS and sensors.
What kind of maintenance is required?
General maintenance includes replacing the cutting blades every 1-3 months depending on usage, cleaning the chassis of grass buildup, and ensuring the charging station remains clear of debris.
