At Segway Navimow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart lawn care experience. If your robotic mower doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our dedicated support team via the help center or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  • 2.
    Clean and Pack

    Ensure the Navimow unit and its charging station are clean and securely packed in the original box with all included accessories, manuals, and boundary sensors.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for heavy equipment.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and reset the internal software, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
